What will change:
Your new card with a new account number, expiration date and security code should arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.*
Visa Signature® cardholders will no longer have access to Visa Signature experience and offers, but will gain access to experiences and offers through MasterCard Priceless® Cities.
What won't change:
Your account pricing and terms, your ability to earn points, and Citi® Card’s Travel, Shopping and Protection Benefits will not change as a result of this switch to MasterCard®. If your card participates in a reward or discount program, your program will not change due to this switch and any rewards earned with your current card will continue to be available with your new card.
Until you receive your new card:
Simply continue to use your current one.
Once you receive your new card:
Activate it online or by phone. Remember to contact any merchants who automatically bill your card and also update your favorite online retailers where you've stored your card to provide your new card information.
